The client bears full financial responsibility for any incidents or damages that may occur during the rental period, including any material damage caused to the studio. The client is obligated to compensate for the cost of damage, taking into account the market value of the spoiled equipment, props, furniture, or the studio itself.

In the event of any damage to technical equipment, the client is required to cover the cost of repairs or replacement based on the market value of the damaged items.

The use of studio props is allowed only with the prior approval of the studio management, and the associated costs will be calculated separately.

All arrangements regarding the use of studio equipment will be discussed in advance and specified in the quotation. Any additional requests for equipment usage will be charged separately.

In the case of heavy studio contamination during the rental period, the client is responsible for covering the cleaning costs based on the studio's established rates.

The use of large equipment or props that may leave marks or potentially damage studio property is only permitted in the presence of the studio's technical team.

Any manipulations with the screen can only be performed by the technical personnel of the studio.

When working with props near the screen, it must be done in the presence of the studio's technical team or not done at all. It is advised not to place props closer than 1 meter to the screen.

Leaning on, touching, or directly interacting with the screen is strictly prohibited. Any damage will be documented, and the associated costs will be borne by the client.

Accessing areas behind the screen is prohibited unless in the presence of the studio's technical group.

The use of equipment with high power consumption must be discussed with the technical director in advance.

The client must discuss the use of any large equipment, machinery, special equipment, or scissor lifts in advance.

The client is responsible for the actions and behavior of any visitors or contractors accompanying them during their studio rental.

While personal belongings and props can be left in the studio if necessary, the studio administration is not liable for their safety or security. Any belongings left in the studio for more than two days will incur a storage fee of 150 dirhams per day. If the client does not collect their belongings within a week after the rental period, the studio management may dispose of them.

Any camera or lens setup manipulations for "virtual production" technology should be completed no later than one day before the shooting day.
